how to use:

• For tan applications skin is best exfoliated 12-24 hours prior.
• Soften skin in a shower or bath first.
• Wet the mitt, squeeze out excess water and place on your hand.
• Step out of shower or bath and using reasonable pressure, rub skin in a rapid circular motion.
• You will see rolls of dead skin being exfoliated away.
• Avoid exfoliating any cuts or wounds. During this process skin may appear red due to increased circulation.
