All Australian orders are usually shipped with Star Track or, at times Australia Post. This will be determined by our warehouse team at the time of picking your order and is based on the size of your order & the fastest delivery method.

All New Zealand orders are usually shipped with either Australia Post or TNT. This will be determined by our warehouse team at the time of picking your order and is based on the size of your order & the fastest delivery method.

Adore Tanning will attempt to dispatch all orders placed by 1 pm on the same day as long as we have stock on hand and the capacity to do so.

Customers can expect to have their completed order delivered within 1-5 working days, subject to the final destination. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Signing for deliveries:

All deliveries must be signed for unless you select the option to give authority for your parcel to be left at your premises without signature* at your risk.

We suggest delivery to a home or business address where someone is available to sign for delivery during business hours. Customers are responsible for having someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. The cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

If you wish for your parcel to be left at your premises without a signature, please select this option at Checkout and leave instructions for parcel placement in the comments section.

*We do not advise this option. We take no responsibility for any claim, loss, damage, or other liability when this option is taken.

Changing shipping address:
Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left the warehouse. To change your shipping address, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible on 1300 867 826 (9 am-5 pm GMT+10) or email ecustomerservice@adoretanning.com

International Shipping:
We currently ship only within Australia and to New Zealand.

Delivery times:
Depending on location, you should expect your order within 1-5 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Our warehouse team will do everything they can to dispatch your order to you within one full working day of placing your order. However, whilst we usually stock 90% of the items listed on adoretanning.com, inevitably, we are in the hands of our suppliers. Consequently, delays may occur. Currency:
All orders, shipping costs inclusive, are in AUD.

If you change your mind:
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund. For further information, please get in touch with our team at ecustomerservice@adoretanning.com .

Returns:
Items must be returned within 7 days of the original dispatch date in their original condition and include all original packaging. This return policy is applicable for change of mind and lack of expertise for the use of the product. However, a restocking fee of 15% (or $15 whichever is greater) of the original purchase price & postage fee will be deducted from your exchange or refund.

We recommend you utilise registered post as we do not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send an item via non-registered post.

We do not accept returns for products not purchased through our online store. We cannot exchange products for a range not within our Adore Tanning online product range.

To initiate a return, please complete a Returns Form and enclose it with a copy of your tax invoice. Send the product in a secure package to:

Faulty Goods:
Our Quality Control team try to ensure that all products are of high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, please send it back to us. Our Product Assessments team will inspect items, and if the item is deemed faulty we will replace or refund the product free of additional freight & re-stocking charges.

Refund Method:
Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.

Incorrectly sent orders:
Incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Adore Tanning within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery by email only to ecustomerservice@adoretanning.com . If the item(s) received is not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by you of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered, and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

If you received the order incorrectly, the property in the Goods remains the sole and absolute property of the Seller as full legal and equitable owner until such time as the purchaser accepts the goods as mentioned above. You will not be charged for the re-delivery of items under this clause.
