Tanning Essentials Mobile Clean Air System has been perfectly designed for both a mobile business, and, smaller salons to minimise overspray and reduce excess tanning solution in the air. The Mobile Clean Air System offers a cleaner work environment making it more comfortable for both the technician and the client.
Excess tanning solution in the air is drawn into the four stage filter, which has been uniquely designed to reduce mess and ensure the environment is comfortable for the operator and client. The units are strong lightweight aluminium, easily installed and operated by technicians.
The Mobile Clean Air System utilises disposable filters, making for quick and easy maintenance. The filters are quick and easy to use, simply remove and discard your used filter, replace with a new filter and you are ready for the next spray tan application. It is recommended to replace filters when the spray solution starts to become visible on the backside of the filter, approximately every 60+ sprays, depending on the spray technique.
The tanning mist and overspray collected in the air of your spray tanning salon requires ventilation as dihydroxyacetone (DHA) is only approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) for external application. This means it is important to take precautions to reduce the inhalation of the spray mist.
For optimal results, combine the Mobile Turbo Twister with an enclosure, positioning the unit on the floor behind the client. It is recommended to replace filters when the spray solution starts to become visible on the backside of the filter, Filters must NOT be washed, they must be replaced after approximately 60+ sprays, this is depending on spray technique.
